This is not your average kettlebell certification! Level One KettleCamp Certification provides participants with the expertise necessary to teach one of the most transformative, powerful and valuable training systems in existence. Kettlebell training, as it’s traditionally taught, can be quite monotonous, boring or limited to strength and rehab training. The KettleCamp training system has been created to use this safe and effective tool in combination with body weight exercises to provide interesting HIIT workouts that target several areas of physical fitness (strength, cardio, endurance, speed, power, joint mobility, core stability, etc) all in the same training session.
the beginning
KettleCamp training was created10 years ago. In it's first summer, KettleCamp was run outdoors in a park until Jennifer opened Make It Happen Strength and Conditioning where thousands more participated in KettleCamp during the following 9 years.
The impact of these workouts spread quickly and the results of members sharing through social media created excitement and interest worldwide! This is when Jennifer began receiving invitations to teach internationally, which led to both the creation of KettleCamp Coach Certification, as well as, offering an Online KettleCamp "Gym" where members receive KettleCamp workouts, video education and online coaching. |

Welcome to KettleCamp!
I struggled with obesity until my 30's. Even though I was overweight, I was still an elite athlete playing Provincial and University Rugby as a Canadian International Athlete. I've been involved in several sports (figure skating, soccer, volleyball, basketball, etc) and have related exercise to being challenging and result-focused since I was 4 years old. Every exercise, every drill, every training method had a purpose.
Everything I do is about producing results and making people feel successful, confident and happy. After almost 20 years of coaching, I have realized that it's more effective to develop challenging workouts, that are easily modifiable to all levels, than to create easy workouts that make people feel comfortable without getting them results. When I created KettleCamp, I developed it with an athlete mindset, knowing that if these workouts challenge my absolute best world class athletes then these high levels athletes would receive an effective workout and SO WOULD EVERYONE ELSE. It's easy to modify and everyone wins!

what you will learn
Participants will be introduced to the specialized teaching concepts implemented in KettleCamp training systems, as well as, acquire the skills necessary to teach the 10 pre-designed safe, effective and addictive KettleCamp workouts provided in your Level One manual. These workouts will refresh your clients, and your own, outlook on exercise.
As a Level One KettleCamp instructor you will be provided with 10 tried and tested workouts to be used with your clients, members, athletes or for yourself. These workouts encompass a wide variety of physical (cardio, strength, endurance, speed, power, core stability, joint mobility, etc) and psychological benefits all in the very SAME training session. Every workout can be formatted to provide time efficient 20 - 50 minute workouts. All participants receive a Level One KettleCamp E-manual that includes these pre-designed KettleCamp workouts with rights to be promoted, practiced and implemented solely by Certified KettleCamp Instructors. The manual also explains the purpose, benefits and principles behind how KettleCamp workouts are created. Designing and developing your own KettleCamp workouts, however, will be covered in the Master KettleCamp Instructor Certification.
This manual also contains pictures and descriptions of how to perform 20 kettlebell and 20 body weight exercises (including their modified and advanced variations for a total of 120 learned exercises just in Level One!). During Level One KettleCamp Certification, participants learn, practice and develop the skills to perform and successfully instruct a minimum of 10 kettlebell and 10 body weight exercises, including modified and advanced variations = 60 exercises. These exercises are combined to create numerous 20 - 60 minute workouts that facilitate all levels of fitness.

what do I need to do to be a certified instructor
Everyone attending Level One KettleCamp Certification is required to complete a written and physical examination on Day 2 of the certification course to demonstrate understanding of the KettleCamp training system, as well as, a competent level of personal fitness ability and instructional proficiency.
