KettleCamp training (est 2007) has left thousands of people excited, refreshed and addicted to exercise! The KettleCamp training system combines over 100 kettlebell and body weight exercises to deliver the highest level Kettlebell BootCamp HIIT workouts in existence!
Built to maximize results and eliminate wasted time, fitness enthusiasts refer to KettleCamp as “P90x or Insanity on steroids!”
