6:30am - 7:15am & 5:30pm - 6:15pm EST





In addition to 3 LIVE classes weekly, all members



receive 2 BONUS workouts every week. That's FIVE



different 40-minute workouts provided weekly.





No experience needed.



All you need is 1-2 Kettlebells, or Dumbells, and a space



big enough to lay down your yoga mat to train on.





Workouts are done via ZOOM.

Equipment-free 30-minute HIIT workouts.



HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training





These body weight workouts accommodate first-time



exercises while challenging elite athletes to new levels.





Just grab a yoga mat and off you go!
